Payment Terms

Wire Transfer Only

We only accept wire transfer (T/T). It is quick, safe, and easy. Bank service fee is approximately US$20-30 per transfer.

Deposit Requirements

Orders over US$1,000: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance upon delivery of boxes.

Orders under US$1,000: 100% deposit required upfront.

Not Accepted: Credit cards · Personal checks · PayPal

(Checks take 40-60 days to clear, credit cards are not compatible with our wire system)

Once you have made the wire transfer, kindly send the bank receipt to box@dahou.com or dahouwoodenbox@gmail.com so that we can start production immediately.

Note: We do not have any boxes on shelf or in stock, any wooden boxes from us need to be custom made.

        So any size and any design of the box are available.
